Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Modient Drive are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, supplier delays, public holidays, product availability issues, or where additional order checks are required.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Shipping Locations

Modient Drive currently ships to selected countries and regions shown at checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, warehouse location, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

As a general guide, orders may take approximately:

United States: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
New Zealand: 7 to 20 business days after dispatch
Other available regions: Delivery times vary and will depend on the destination and shipping carrier

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping over a certain order value. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the website or at checkout where applicable.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch, especially while the order is moving between carriers, warehouses, countries, or customs facilities.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.

These charges are not controlled by Modient Drive and are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, border checks, import inspections, or unpaid customs charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Modient Drive is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@modientdrive.com. We will try to help, but we may not be able to change the address once processing or shipping has started.

Delayed Orders

Delivery delays can occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, high shipping volumes, local delivery disruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information where available.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@modientdrive.com with your order number.

We may need to investigate the shipment with the carrier or supplier before confirming the next step.

A parcel may not be treated as lost until the carrier, supplier, or fulfilment partner confirms it is lost, or until a reasonable investigation period has passed.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are shipped from different warehouses or fulfilment locations.

You will not be charged extra shipping because your order arrives in separate shipments.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Modient Drive is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Product Availability and Fulfilment

Some products may be fulfilled directly from third party suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners. This helps us offer a wider range of GPS tracking products while keeping pricing competitive.

Packaging, dispatch location, carrier, and delivery timing may vary by product.
